Battlefield 3 Co-op Detailed

Battlefield 3 as we know it is definitely going to be bigger and better than it's predecessors and will compete with all-time favourites Call of Duty series Modern Warfare 3. In a recent PlayStation blog post by Tommy Rydling, junior product manager at DICE, he revealed that the mechanics used in BF3's co-op is the "perfect blend between the strong narrative from single player and the open-ended action from multiplayer", explaining that they aimed to "create a totally new flavor of Battlefield"
"Co-op follows the same philosophy as our award-winning multiplayer game mechanics. Teamwork is practically never forced upon you, but working together will make things much easier and — more importantly — lead to victory."

PS Vita is Going To Be Like PSP

I have to admit that I've never been fond of the PS Vita. The design has never attracted me, the concept of a portable handheld console was lame, but ultimately, it just simply seemed like another PSP. Now, I'm not being prejudice saying that it's so bad or that no one is going to buy it, but let's face the fact - tablets are owning them and Crytek agrees.

EA Thinks that Next-Gen Consoles Are Not Necessary Yet

The traditional 5-year console cycle is coming to an end where we now expect the introduction of the so-called 'next-generation' game consoles. However, according to EA Labels boss Frank Gibeau, new next-gen hardware aren't necessary yet as "there are still things you can do on these systems (PS3, Xbox360)" for he believes that the company haven't utilised the last of it's potential greatness.
we haven't quite squeezed the last once of hardware horsepower out of these things, as you can see with Battlefield 3

Crytek Has No Immediate Interest In PS Vita

Just a quick question, if you could only own one gadget, would you get the iPad, or PSP? Personally, I choose the iPad and i'm pretty sure most of you would agree too. Well, Crytek recently said that it believes that dedicated handheld game consoles like the PSP is "losing ground" to the vast range of tablets out there in the market. Reason being that unlike tablets and smartphones, these consoles have limited functions.

The BIG One at The Farm

What the heck is The BIG One? And where in the world is The Farm? Honestly, these two names were as foreign to me as to you when I first heard of it. Seriously, it could just be anything right. The BIG One, printed on our certificates, is a 'video journalism workshop' organised by The Star's Switchup.tv for the Young News Network (YNN) as for The Farm, it's where the camp was held throughout the 3 days 2 nights period (i'll tell you more about the place, read on).

Facebook Working On Changes to News Feed

Okay this should be something great, but it actually kinda sucks. In a recent post by The Wall Street Journal, it was reported that Facebook engineers are currently working to create an unfiltered News Feed, in other words, indirectly placing ads on your news feed as well. Well, I don't think that's the way to go but nevertheless, it might not be as bad, hopefully.
